- PRIMERO. ORDENAR que por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, se REMITA al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de San Andres, Providencia y Santa Catalina, el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela promovida la ciudadana Rosa Monic Davis Bowie contra el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, Seccional San Andres, para que asuma de forma inmediata el conocimiento del mismo
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE al Juzgado Promiscuo de Familia de San Andres Isla , lo resuelto en esta providencia con el fin de ponerle en conocimiento los fundamentos constitucionales y legales en virtud de los cuales se adopta la presente decision.
